There's another one. Oooh, look at that one. Good grief, how many are there?

A similar conversation may have taken place in your car as you met the onslaught of what turned out to be a caravan of over 400 Mini-Coopers traveling through Kansas Friday.

The annual trip across the United States for the Minis includes participants from east to west coast. The event is organized and several events were planned along the way this year, in cities such as New York, Indianapolis, Chicago, Kansas City and Dodge City for drivers coming from the West.

"The group just gets bigger as we get closer to Denver", said Curtis Skousen, St. Louis, Mo. He has been traveling to the convention for the past five years in his Mini-Cooper.

With over 400 participants staying over night in Dodge City last night Skousen says "Yea, we all go to the events at the different stops and get to know each other. It's a lot of fun".
