Lucy Matilda Perry

Lucy Matilda Perry, 96, died July 21, 2010, at the Wichita County Long Term Care Unit, Leoti.
She was born Dec. 17, 1913, at Albert, the daughter of Carl Ludwick and Mary Korishell Kiefer. 
A resident of Sharon Springs since 1966, she moved to Leoti in 2007. She was a farm wife and a homemaker.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the V.F.W. Auxiliary, both of Leoti.
On Aug. 15, 1939, she married Earl S. Perry at Syracuse. He died Oct. 27, 1995, at Sharon Springs.
Survivors include: three sons, Lloyd, Leoti, Dale, Hasty, Colo., and Dean, Kit Carson, Colo.; one daughter, Gwen Ramsey, Scott City; one sister, Leatrice Lane, Tribune; seven grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Carl, her parents, four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral service will be held Sat., July 24, 2:00 p.m., at the First Presbyterian Church, Leoti, with Rev. Paul McNall officiating. Burial will be in Leoti Cemetery, Leoti.
Visitation will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Price and Sons Funeral Home, Leoti.
Memorials may be given to the First Presbyterian Church or the Wichita County LTCU in care of the funeral home at 202 N. 4th, Leoti, Ks. 67861.
