Margaret Louise Bowman

Margaret Louise Bowman, 66, Scott City, died Jan. 19, 2012, at the Hays Medical Center, Hays.

She was born Oct. 9, 1945, at  Leoti, the daughter of Theodore and Violet (Farr) France.

A lifetime resident of 

Scott City, she was a waitress and homemaker.

She attended the First Baptist Church,  Scott City.

Survivors include: two sons, Chip Ellis, Scott City, and Lance Ellis,  Georgia; three brothers, Leon and Ted France, both of Scott City, and Ron France, Garden City; one sister, Evelyn Waller, Scott City; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Juanita Ratzlaff.

Funeral service was held Jan. 24 at the First Baptist Church, Scott City, with Kyle Evans officiating. Burial was in the Scott County Cemetery.
