Myron Andy Forshee Anderson

Myron “Andy” Forshee Anderson, 84, Mannford, Okla., died July 14, 2010, at his home.
He was born Oct. 3, 1926, at Huron, the son of Howard and Esther Anderson.
He was educated in
Huron and reared in Scott City. 
In 1949, he married Mary J. Dahna at Scott City. She died in 2001.
He had resided in Valley Center and was in the body shop business. In the late 1970s they moved to Mannford, where they owned and operated Andy’s Body Shop and Wrecker Service until they retired.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, lifetime member of the Mannford VFW and was a Mason.
Survivors include: one son, Allen Anderson, Shamrock, Okla.; one daughter, Ardell Greenwood, Mannford; two sisters, Juanita Lewis and her husband, Wendell, Kennewick, Wash., and Marion Rohrbough, Scott City; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many cousins in Kansas and Iowa and numerous friends.
Service will be held Thurs., July 29, 1:00 p.m., at the Mannford Church of Christ, Greenwood Ave., Mannford, Okla., with Rev. Tony Keese officiating.
Memorials may be sent in Andy’s name to the Mannford Church of Christ, 567 Greenwood Avenue, Mannford, Okla. 74044.
