Thomas James Woodruff

Thomas James Woodruff, Sublette, died shortly after birth on Feb. 9, 2012. Holding him here for a short time on Earth was his father, Todd Woodruff, and waiting to greet him in heaven was his mother, Lindsey Miller.

Thomas was already loved by his grandparents, Jerry and Cheri Miller and Martha Miller, all of Sublette, Stuart and Tracy Woodruff and Frank and Janice Woodruff, all of Peabody,  and Glenda Vorse of Wichita; his uncles, Clayton Miller, St. Louis, Mo., and Brandon Woodruff, Peabody; aunts, Traylee Woodruff and Kathryn Woodruff, both of Peabody; and godparent and uncle, Dallas Miller, Kansas City.

Rosary was held Feb. 12 at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Satanta. Funeral service was  Feb. 13 at the Sublette Southern Baptist Church. Interment was at the Haskell County Cemetery. 

Memorials will be used to create the Lindsey Miller Athletic Scholarship Fund and can be sent in care of the   Haskell County Funeral Home, Box 607, Sublette, Ks. 67877.
