Pigskin Payoff Entry Blank

1. Entry forms must be left at The Scott County Record by 5:00 p.m Thursday, December 29 or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. on Friday prior to each week's contest. Entry forms can be clipped from The Record, a copy made of the entry form, or downloaded from www.scottcountyrecord.com
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Entries with the highest number of correct picks will be awarded first, second and third place prize money each week, to be picked up at The Record office any time after Tuesday. In case of ties, the tie-breaker will be the closest to the total score without exceeding the total.
4. Total number of correct picks during the 14-week period will determine the grand prize winner. In case of a tie, the final week tie-breaker will determine the winner.
5. Anyone can enter the contest including the sponsors.
6. The judge's decision will be final.
