PARENTS OF DAUGHTER
Joshua and Breva Spencer, Springfield, Va., announce the birth of their daughter, Khloe Rose, born June 11, 2010.
She weighed 7 lbs., 12 oz. and was 21-1/2 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Terry and Sue Rose, Scott City.
Paternal grandparents are Richard and Robin Spencer, Scott City.
Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Keith Burgess and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Rose, all of Scott City; the late Dr. and Mrs. R. H. Spencer and the late R.L. Stine and Lorrayne Stine.
