Gary and Lynn Gibbs, Hays, announce the birth of their daughter, Jaycee Lynn, born Jan. 18, 2010. She weighed 8 lbs., 8 oz. and was 20 inches long.
Jaycee was welcomed home by her sister, Brianna.

Paternal grandparents are Phil and Jynette Gibbs, Scott City.
