Pre-100th birthday open house for Whinery on Saturday
The family of Florence Whinery will host an open house in celebration of her upcoming 100th birthday on Sat., Sept. 4, 2:00-4:00 p.m., at Park Lane Nursing Home, Scott City.
Hosting the early birthday celebration are her three sons, Don West and wife, Mary Alice, Gresham, Ore.; John Whinery and wife, Cheryln, Scott City; and Alan Whinery and wife, Suk Kyong, Waldorf, Md.; and her daughter, Retta Whinnery, Shawnee.
The community is invited to bring a card, story or photo and their best wishes in lieu of a gift. Cards may be sent to:
