Patrick and Brandy Heim, Scott City, announce the birth of their daughter, Sydney Annette, born Dec. 16, 2011, at Scott County Hospital, Scott City.
She weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz and was 21 inches long.
Sydney was welcomed home by her sister, Jade.
Maternal grandparents are Patric and Sue West, Scott City.
Great-grandmother is Lois Buckner, Scott City.
