Billy Dean Lewis, 79, died Dec. 8, 2023.
He was born on Feb. 16, 1944, to Willie Harvey Lewis and Mildred Marie (Parks) Lewis in Clinton, Mo.
He met and married his wife, Linda Dee Spillman, on Dec. 23, 1965, in Lincoln. She survives.
After serving in Vietnam as a Green Beret with the 5th Special Forces Group, he returned to Kansas.
A memorial service will be held Fri., March 15, 2:00 p.m., at the Pence Community Church, in Pence, with Don Williams presiding.
