The right to protest is imbedded in our DNA as Americans. It’s what gave birth to this nation. The right to peaceably assemble is guaranteed in the Constitution.

For decades, Kansas Republicans have been trying to shed their image as fiscal conservatives with reckless tax cuts that drain the state of revenue and ultimately create havoc with infrastructure projects, limit education funding and prevent any serious efforts to provide property tax relief.
