The owners of barking dogs now face the prospect of a hefty fine in an ordinance passed by the Scott City Council on Monday evening.
State law requires counties to costshare with landowners and producers on herbicides used for the treatment of noxious weeds.
The list of delinquent property taxes has been released by the Scott County treasurer and is being published on pages 23 and 24 in this week’s Record.
