Time stands still for no one and for the Scott Community High School graduating class of 2021, last Saturday marked the end of one phase of their lives and signaled it was time to begin the next.
Non-operable vehicles and junk are in the Scott City Council’s crosshairs as it targeted five sites for clean-up during Monday’s meeting.
Even those with good intentions may not recognize the most obvious solutions.
