The Scott City Council’s thoughts of extending Eighth Street in order to provide another access to the Eastridge Addition were dealt a jolt on Tuesday evening during a Zoom meeting with their engineer.
In a special meeting, the Scott City Council and their newly hired consultant initiated the process for recruiting a city administrator.
Jeff Allen has been appointed by Mayor Everett Green to fill the council vacancy in Scott City’s Ward 3.
