Clifford Dean Emberton

Clifford Dean Emberton, 55, died, Aug. 1, 2023, at his home in Castle Rock, Colo.

He was born on Dec. 13, 1967, in Scott City, the son of Hobart Emberton and Karen Dudley.

A resident of Scott City until 2006, he moved to Castle Rock where he worked for Straight Flight as a painter and mechanic.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 284 and Shriners, both of Scott City.

Survivors include his father, Hobart Emberton, Caldwell, Tex.; mother, Karen Dudley, Chickasha, Okla.; one brother, Brian Emberton, Garden City; two sisters, Donna Emberton, Caldwell, Tex., and Anna Jean Rumley, Chickasha, Okla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sat., Sept. 23, 2:00 p.m., at Price and Sons Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington, Scott City, with Steve Payne presiding.

Inurnment will be in the Scott County Cemetery.

There will be no calling times.
