Pamela Emberton

Pamela K. Emberton, 64, died Dec. 11, 2024, at her home in Scott City.

She was born on April 25, 1960, in Scott City, the daughter of William Milton and Maxine Marie (Blau) Scott.

A part-time resident of Scott City and San Antonio, Tex., she was a Registered Nurse.

On March 14, 1995, she married Robert Emberton in Las Vegas, Nev. He survives.

Other survivors include her son, Brandon Ming and partner, Devon, Fredricksburg, Tex.; daughters, Amber Ming, Rockport, Tex., Anna Candies and husband, Marvin, Denver, Colo., and Lisa Pearson and husband, Jeff, Buena Vista, Colo.; brother, Donald Scott and wife, Sheri, Scott City; sisters, Tamara Wilcoxson, Scott City, and Sheila Brau and husband, Mark, Scott City; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Melody Graham; and son, Curtis Emberton.

A memorial service was held on Dec. 16 at Price and Sons Funeral Home, Scott City with Pastor Steve Payne presiding.

Inurnment was in the Scott County Cemetery.
