Parker Holterman
Parker Eugene Holterman, 31, died May 31, 2025.
He was born on October 21, 1993, in Garden City, the son of Dale and Karen (Eitel) Holterman, Scott City.
Parker was a lifetime resident of Scott City.
A 2012 graduate of Scott Community High School, he graduated from Fort Hays State University in 2017 with a bachelors degree in business administration in management. He also earned a certificate in entrepreneurship.
He was a founding member of the National Millennial Community, representing Kansas in meetings with executives at the White House, Verizon, FINRA, PBS, Toyota and more.
He founded Scott City Bank to advocate for alternative finance and transparency and was also the founder or operator of ventures such as ScottCityKansas.com, SendDrugs.com, FullAutoGlock. com, LegalGrenade. com, Genometrik, Hydroade, Scott City Guns, Surtr LLC, and USA Mining Rig.
These businesses span finance, hemp health, firearms rights, energy, manufacturing, education and blockchain technology.
Parker is survived by his daughter, Olivia A. Holterman, Holcomb; parents; and two brothers, Tyler Holstein and wife, Hailey, Healy, and Todd Holstein and wife, Melanie, Happy, Tex.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family suggests memorials in Parker’s honor be made to the Scott City Police Department or Scott County Sheriff’s Department in care of Price and Sons Funeral Homes, Box 553, Scott City, Ks. 67871.
