Kim Marcine Weeks

Kim Marcine Weeks, 65, Omaha, Nebr., died July 11, 2025, in Chillicothe, Mo., at the home of her niece.

Kim was born the daughter of Myron and Anna (Denning) Littlechild, on October 30, 1959, in Scott City.

Kim was a beloved Girl Scout leader and enjoyed going to the casino. She loved her dogs and spending quality time with her grandchildren.

According to Kim, “God has a plan for each of us.”

Kim is survived by her daughter, Jarah Lee and husband, Jordan, Omaha, Nebr.; sons, Jeremy Weeks, Omaha, Nebr., Joshua Weeks, Omaha, Nebr., Jeffrey Weeks and wife, Vinessa, Grantville, Ga., and James Weeks, Omaha, Nebr.; their father, James Weeks, Omaha, Nebr.; brother, Michael “Mickey” Littlechild, Edmond, Okla., and sister, Kathy Fleury and husband, Joe, Garden City; and 10 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Myralea Staab and Dana Hamilton; and one infant brother, Steven Littlechild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church, 16701 S. St., Omaha, Nebr., on Sat., July 19, at 11:00 a.m.

A Celebration of Life will be held after mass at the German-American Society, 3717 S. 120th St., Omaha, Nebr., from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Joseph’s Indian School, 1301 N. Main St., Chamberlain, S.D. 57325.
