Ronald Koehn

Ronald L. Koehn, 78, died September 17, 2026, at Greeley County Health Services in Tribune.

He was born on Nov. 26, 1947, in Greensburg, to Alfred D. and Elma (Giesel) Koehn.

Ron moved his family to Tribune in the late 1960s, having moved from the Denver, Colo., area. He worked as a mechanic, but found his real vocation as a farmer.

On October 9, 1968, Ron married Shirley Scott in Denver, Colo. She survives.

Other survivors include his sons, Brad Koehn and wife, Jennie, Tribune, and Burke Koehn and wife, Tonya, Scott City; sisters, Carol Koehn, McPherson, and Louis Wedel, Egypt, Miss.; five grandchildren, Blake Koehn, Tayler Koehn, Brice Koehn, Kellie Strutt, and Alisha and Bill Cutshall; three greatgrandchildren, Destiny Strutt, Jacob Cutshall and Brayden Strutt; two greatgreat- grandchildren, Aubrie Burgess and Bodhi Ramirez; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Leroy D. Koehn, Manford Koehn, and two infant brothers.

Visitation will be on Thurs., Sept. 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Price and Sons Funeral Home, 322 2nd St., Tribune.

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. (MDT), at Price and Sons Funeral Home with Mr. Clint Tyler presiding.

Interment will be in the Greeley County Cemetery, Tribune.
