Bradley Mulligan

Bradley L. Mulligan, 60, died, Nov. 1, 2023, at his home in Sallisaw, Okla.

He was born on July 15, 1963, in Garden City, the son of Kenneth and Norma Jean (Jewell) Mulligan.

Bradley grew up in Scott County and was a 1982 graduate of Scott Community High School in 1982. He also graduated from Seward County Community College.

He had been a resident of Sallisaw, Okla., since 1991 where he was a ferrier and horseman.

Bradley was a U.S. Army veteran, earning the rank of sergeant with the 82nd Airborne.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie, Sallisaw, Okla.; son, Legend Mulligan, Sallisaw, Okla.; daughters, Nicole Saulsbary and husband, Johnny, Monrovia, Md., and Kaelyn Scroggins and husband, Allen, Poteau, Okla.; brother, Bryan Mulligan and wife, Linda, Scott City; six grandchildren, Johnny Saulsbary Jr., William Saulsbary, Lucy Saulsbary, and Lucas Saulsbary, all of Monrovia, Md., and Kasen Scroggins and Aspen Scroggins, both of Sallisaw, Okla.; nephews Clay Mulligan and Trace Mulligan, both of Scott City; and great-nephews Camden Mulligan and Bexton Mulligan, both of Scott City.

Bradley was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Brett Mulligan and Brent Mulligan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Fort Smith, Ark.
