Brenda Lee Tankersley

Brenda Lee Tankersley, 65, died July 28, 2022, at her home in Garden City.

She was born on March 23, 1957, in Conc ordia, the daughter of Orville Lee and Lois (Tyler) Mc-Comas.

She had been a resident of Scott City since 1979, moving from Kalvesta.

She was a farmer. Brenda was a member of the Gospel Fellowship Church, Shallow Water.

On May 12, 1979, shemarried Oran Lee Tankersley in Scott City. He survives.

Other survivors include her two daughters, Kelsey Baker and husband, Garrett, Scott City, and Ashalee Tankersley, Scott City; and three grandsons, Corbin Baker, Dylan Baker and Ethan Baker.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

A graveside service was held at the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City.
