Cecil Charles Hintz
Cecil Charles Hintz, 50, died on March 1, 2022, in Belden, Nebr.
H e was born on June 1, 1971, in Scott City, the son of Kenneth Earl and Juanita Eileen Mae (Phillips) Hintz.
A long-time resident of Scott City, he was an independent contractor for floor covering.
Survivors include two sons, Scott Williams and wife, Alli, Spring Hill, Ks., and Jonus Williams, Topeka; his father, Ken, and wife, Cheri, Belden, Nebr.; two sisters, Sandy Weaver, Scott City, and Lorinda Hille and Matt Held, Norfolk, Nebr.; two brothers, Jason Enderton, Leoti, and Layne Stark and wife, Niki, Lincoln, Nebr.; nieces, Saundra Weaver, Scott City, Ashlee Sauer, Dallas, Tex., Jade Olden, Lincoln, Nebr., Jordon Stark, Omaha, Nebr., and Breann Held, Norfolk, Nebr.; nephews Justin Sauer, Scott City, Tristan Hille, Norfolk, Nebr., Dominic Stark, Omaha, Nebr., and Preston Held, Norfolk, Nebr.; three great nieces and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his fiancé, Sharri Long; mother, Juanita Phillips; grandparents, Cecil and Mabel Phillips and Charles and Lois Hintz; three uncles, Chuck, Leroy and Butch Hintz; an aunt, Jan Phillips; an uncle, Terry Graf; step-grandparents, Kermit and Lois Graf; and two cousins, David Grund and Brandon Phillips.
A memorial service will be held Sat., March 26, 10:30 a.m., at the First Baptist Church, Scott City, with Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.
There will be no calling times.
Inurnment will be held at later date.
