Charlene Marie Sharpe

Charlene Marie Sharpe, 78, died Sept. 13, 2023, at the Springs Ranch Memory Care Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.

She was born on May 13, 1945, in Colby, the daughter of Charles Wenzel and Agnes M. (Wahrman) Brown.

A resident of Scott City since 1968, moving from Herndon, she was a sales service specialist at B&B Advertising for 51 years.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Scott City.

On Aug. 18, 1964, she married Clive Joel Sharpe in Herndon. He died on Dec. 15, 2020, in Scott City.

Survivors include her daughter, Christina M. Sharpe, Colorado Springs, Colo.; a son, C. Justin Sharpe and wife, Heather, Gilbert, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Maddisen R. Sharpe, Madison, Wisc., Spencer J. Sharpe, Fishers, Ind., and Jarod C. Sharpe, Gilbert, Ariz.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

The funeral service will be held Sat., Sept. 30, 10:30 a.m., at Price and Sons Funeral Home in Scott City with Fr. Don Bedore presiding.

There will be no calling times.

Inurnment will be in the Scott County Cemetery.
