Coral Lea (Marrs) Silvey, 81, died at her home on Nov. 8, 2023, with her husband of 61 years, Larry, at her side.

Coral was the only daughter in a family that included seven brothers. She grew up tough and could do anything she set her mind to.

Coral was a caregiver at heart and a jack of all trades. She had an adventurous spirit and a love for learning.

She loved her two daughters, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. To her grandkids and great-grandkids, she will always be their beloved Nana.

Survivors include her children, Effie Zirnheld and husband, Kevin, Albuquerque, N.M., Sherry Graff and husband, Gary, Marienthal; grandchildren, Autumn Wagner, Tucker Graff and Trinity Vallejo; and precious great-grandchildren Mavis and Marlow Vallejo.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Tyler Graff.

Coral’s wishes were to leave this world as quietly as she entered it. Therefore, there will be no visitation or funeral.
