Danny R. Koehn

Danny R. Koehn, 66, died at his home in Pence on Aug. 19, 2021.

He was born on Dec. 12, 1954, in Goessel, the son of Kenneth Allen and Luella (Schmidt) Koehn.

He had been a resident of Pence since February of 2021, moving from many places including Florida, Colorado and abroad. He was a carpenter.

On Nov. 3, 1978, he married Judy Leann Collins in Las Vegas, Nev. She died on Jan. 17, 1988, in Scott City.

Survivors include his two sons, Bobby Koehn and wife, Susan, Kula, Hi., and Jay Koehn and wife, Wendy, Leoti; one daughter, Marci Koehn, Scott City; two brothers, Jerome Koehn and wife, Lorna, Swan River, Manitoba, Canada, and Ervin Koehn and wife, Barbara, Scott City; and six grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mary Ellen.

Funeral service was held at the Pence Community Church on August 24 with Don Williams presiding.
