Isaac Jeremiah Redburn

Isaac Jeremiah Redburn, 18, died, August 20, 2022, in Scott County.

He was born on June 28, 2004, in Scott City, the son of Micheal Dale Redburn and Loreena Stephanie Johnson.

He moved to Haviland at an early age, returning to Scott City in June of 2022. He was a clerk and cook at Casey’s General Store.

Isaac was a member of the Friends Chapel in Haviland and was a past member of the FFA. Isaac was a Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Survivors include his father, of Haviland; two brothers, Payton Redburn and Shawn Redburn, both Dighton; aunts and uncles, Carol Ellis and husband, Lance Ellis, Scott City, Ralph Derstine and wife, Wendy, Scott County, John Stewart and wife, Katrina, Mobile, Ala., Rhonda Redburn, Scott City, Alan Redburn, St. Joseph, Mo., Tammy Otterstetter and husband, Ernie, Penrose, Colo., Jerry Johnson, Pueblo, Colo., Travis Johnson, of Oklahoma, and Sherry Johnson, of Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his mother; one brother, Sheldon Redburn; two sisters, Brittany Redburn and Jennifer Redburn; grandparents, Dale and Judy Redburn, Marilyn and Ken Harris, and Dolline Johnson.

The funeral service was held on August 24 at the First Baptist Church, Scott City, with Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.

Interment was in the Scott County Cemetery.
