Michael D. Heinrich

Michael D. Heinrich, 61, died, Nov. 13, 2021, at the Scott County Hospital, Scott City.

He was born on Jan. 28, 1960, in Garden City, the son of Gale Dean and Sharon Sue (Thomas) Heinrich.

A lifetime resident of Scott City, he was a truck driver for Concrete Industries.

He was a member of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one son, Levi Heinrich, and wife, Dani, Deerfield; one daughter, Tia Heinrich, Scott City; one brother, Davey Heinrich, Scott City; two sisters, Julie Ferrell and husband, De-Wayne, Scott City, and Lisa Buffington and husband, Jeff, Scott City; one brother-in-law, Steve Turley, Scott City; two grandsons, Jaden Dirks, Scott City, and Jaxson Heinrich, Deerfield; and one granddaughter, Jozlynn Heinrich, Deerfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Alan Heinrich; and one sister, Tamela Turley.

The funeral service was held Nov. 18 at the First Baptist Church, Scott City, with Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.

Burial was in the Scott County Cemetery.
