Peggy C. Hunter

Peggy C. Hunter, 79, died Aug. 12, 2023, at Via Christie St. Francis Medical Center, Wichita.

She was born on May 25, 1944, in Enid, Okla., the daughter of Russell and Nettie Jane (Cole) Griffin.

A resident of Scott City since 2016, moving from Dodge City, she was a homemaker.

Survivors include her eight children, Paula Jensen, Dodge City, Toni Patton, Dodge City, Lori Goodwin, Jetmore, Jimmie Holt, Dodge City, Deana Dua and husband, Jatinder, Shrewsbury, Mass., Robbie Hundertmark and husband, Jason, Scott City, Bucky Ashcraft and wife, Lauren, Garden City; and Staci Ashcraft and partner, Scott Dressler, Dodge City; one daughter-in-law, Patty Holt, Dodge City; 29 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Steven Holt; one sonin- law, Glenn Jensen; and two granddaughters, Jinnie Holt and Sariah Dua.

Visitation will be Fri., Aug. 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Price and Sons Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Scott City.
