Shawn Hedges

Shawn Marie Hedges, 64, of Grapevine, Tex., passed away on June 16, 2025, after a 15-month battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born on Sept. 22, 1960, in Kitzigen, Germany, she grew up in western Kansas and was a graduate of Scott Community High School and Fort Hays State University.

Shawn worked in print production and management, most recently with Panini America.

She was known for her humor, creativity, and love of family, friends, and her dogs.

She is survived by her mother, Sharon; siblings Stephen (Deena), Ann (Mike), and John (Melissa); nieces and nephews Benjamin (Shasin), Andrew (Jessica), Eric, Sarah, and Gretchen; and great-niece and nephew Mia and Luke.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sam.

A Celebration of Life will be held Fri., October 17, 2:00-5:00 p.m., at Cross Timbers Winery, Grapevine.
