A year ago, the Wichita County High School football team took every precaution to prevent COVID from interrupting their season. Consequently, there were no disruptions as the Indians made a run to the Eight-Man DI state title game.
Even though the team had prepared for the swinging gate during practice, SCHS sophomore Brady Welker was still a little surprised to see Holcomb remain in that formation for a PAT conversion during Friday’s game.
