With a haul of 26 gold medals, the Scott City Stars had a combined score of 403 points in the boy’s and girl’s divisions to win the team title at the Leoti swim meet last Saturday.
For more than 50 years, countless youth have been a part of the gymnastics program in Scott City that originally began with the AthletiClub under long-time coach Bill Fry.
The Scott City Stars swim team earned 27 gold medals in their home meet last Saturday and needed every one of those to hold on for the team title.
Chance meeting has led to many fishing trips for 2 brothers
There will be free fishing days at state parks in Kansas on Saturday and Sunday, June 7-8.
