Twenty-three vocalits from Scott Community High School took part in auditions for the Southwest District Honor Choir which were held at Dodge City.
Four students from Scott, Lane and Wichita counties earned degrees at Fort Hays State University at the conclusion of the fall term.

Over the years, the Scott Community High School music department has built a reputation for its production of popular musicals such as “Wizard of Oz,” “Shrek” and “Seussical.”
The Scott Community High School scholar’s bowl team opened its season with a third place finish at Lakin on Tuesday.
