Timing is right for city’s
$5M water system upgrade
The Scott City Council took the next step in a major infrastructure upgrade by seeking a loan of up to $5.2 million through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Obviously, any loan comes at a cost and for Scott City water users it will add about $8 per month to their bills.
