Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly has done her part to offer a conciliatory message and hope of a bipartisan working relationship with Republican lawmakers in Topeka. Unfortunately, Republicans offer no indication they intend to meet the governor halfway.
There seems to be some debate, prompted by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s diagnosis on Tuesday, as to whether Sen. Roger Marshall is a “moron.”
