‘Healing’ weekend to feature dances, history speakers on Saturday

Northern Cheyenne from their home reservation in Montana and descendants of cavalry involved in the Battle of Punished Woman’s Fork will be among featured guests this weekend in Scott City.

The 140th anniversary observance of the battle will include storytelling, ceremonial dances and the unveiling of never-beforeseen historic artifacts.
