Weather presents challenges, delays in SCMS construction

When undertaking a major construction project one learns to expect the unexpected.

But this winter and spring have been unusually troublesome for crews tackling the renovation and new construction projects at Scott City Middle School.

“We’ve had to deal with challenges this year that I’ve never had to deal with in all my years,” says Hutton Construction site manager Brian Ball.
