It could be said that the Scott City Council’s pending decision to change the ordinance with respect to how multi-family rental units are charged for water usage is a lot of discussion about very little.
Parents may all too often find that what their kids do is annoying at the least, and at times can make one wonder why they bothered to have kids at all.
