Commission urges better communication in fair board, Scouts concession dispute

While serving as somewhat of an arbitrator between the Scott County Fair Board and local Boy Scouts, the Scott County Commission emphasized that one thing would probably help in settling a dispute over a concession stand at the fairgrounds - better communication.
