As the Scott City Council adds the finishing touches to their 2022 budget, it appears there will be only a slight increase in the tax levy for property owners.
It’s not enough to have a food product with undeniable nutritional benefits and which can be more profitable to producers if there’s no demand for that product.
With wheat harvest still in full swing it hardly seems possible that thoughts are also turning to the Scott County Fair.
If it’s fireworks displays you like then Scott City area residents can take in back-to-back shows on Saturday and Sunday, July 3-4.
