Installing a new crosswalk and warning lights is the easy part for the City of Scott City as it seeks to improve pedestrian safety at the 12th Street and US83 Highway intersection.
The accomplishments of Scott County 4-H youth and leaders will be recognized during the annual Achievement Banquet on Sun., Oct. 27, 12:30 p.m., at the Wm. Carpenter 4-H Building.
