8th Street debate is settled, work completed

After two years of fingerpointing about workmanship flaws in the 8th Street project, GMS Consulting Engineers, Pueblo, Colo., and Nowak Construction, Goddard, finally reached a settlement which led to this week’s completion of repairs.
