Scott County Commissioners and the Scott City Council have settled on a framework for how to split operating costs at the Law Enforcement Center following a special meeting at the courthouse.
A new system of emergency protocols has been approved by the Scott City Council which will enable dispatchers to provide more aid to individuals who make 911 emergency calls.
