Dr. M.E. Niedens
Dr. M.E. Niedens, 88, died on April 27, 2020, at his home in Scott City.
He was born on Jan. 6, 1932, in Dighton, the son of Johnnie A. and Martha E. (Bathurst) Niedens.
A resident of Scott City since 1996, he was owner and operator of Niedens Chiropractic Clinic until his retirement in 2014.
He was a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Ia., and was a 32nd Degree Mason.
Survivors include a sister, Alverta Fiscus, Rolla, Mo.; two nieces, Dawn Milner, Derby, and Johnnie Jost, Dugway, Utah; three nephews, Maurice Niedens II, Round Rock, Tex., James Fiscus, Overland Park, and Jerald Fiscus, Olympia, Wash.; five great-nieces and seven great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Melvin and Maurice.
Due to the current virus situation, a graveside service will be held at a later date.
Interment will be in the Dighton Cemetery.
