Marvin Cyril Pfannenstiel
Marvin Cyril Pfannenstiel, 87, died Nov. 22, 2018, at his home in Gladstone, Mo.
He was born Jan. 1, 1931, in Ness City, the son of Alex E. and Agatha (Stoecklein) Pfannenstiel.
He attended Sacred Heart Catholic School, Ness City High School and Maple Woods College.
He worked for the Ness County Co-op, Scott County Co-op, Farmland Industries, Seaboard, Inc., and MAP Enterprises, Inc.
He was active in the Northland, a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Gladstone Rotary Club and Paul Harris Fellow as well as Knights of Columbus Council No. 5212 in Scott City.
He was married to Ardis (Feuers) Pfannenstiel for 67 years. She survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Brenda R. Pfannenstiel, Gladstone, Mo., and Maureen G. Davis, Tonopah, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Eric Mundorff, Tonopah, Ariz., and Ellen Pfannenstiel Gross, Chicago, Ill.; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Kevin L. Pfannenstiel.
Memorial Mass will be Fri., Nov. 30, 9:00 a.m., at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 800 Shady Lane, Gladstone, Mo.
Burial will follow at Resurrection North Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo.
