Lake Scott No. 2 in Kansas for saugeye

Dave Spalsbury had a long-range plan when he began introducing saugeye into Lake Scott. He’s seeing that effort rewarded as are area anglers. Spalsbury, who is a fishing biologist with the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism, admits to being a little surprised at the success of his stocking operation.
