NHS members recognized for ‘fitting mold’ of leadership, character
Twenty new members were accepted into the Wood Chapter of National Honor Society at Scott Community High School during an induction ceremony held on May 1.
SCHS Principal Brad Mc-Cormick commended the current members for their leadership and example as role models.
“You’ve made this an exceptional year,” he said.
McCormick noted that each NHS member “fit the mold” of what the organization represents in terms of scholarship, leadership and character.
“I challenge you to be impactful for the rest of your lives,” he added.
