Elementary school students in Kansas won’t be expected to wear masks unless they’ve been sent to the nurse with COVID-19 symptoms. Students older than 12 will have to wear masks, and the Kansas plan to reopen schools calls for having them help make masks and plexiglass barriers.
Leah Artz, formerly of Scott City, completed degree requirements in May from Emporia State University.
Jennie Erven, Scott City, and David Cramer, Healy, were named to the spring semester honor roll at McPherson College.
Three area students earned degrees or certificates this spring from Colby Community College.
