Scott City took another step towards reopening as part of the coronavirus pandemic when the city pool opened to a limited number of swimmers on Wednesday. Among those enjoying a break from 95-degree heat was six-year-old Sadie Carter. Only 23 swimmers during four sessions will be allowed through the rest of this week, increasing to 38 swimmers on June 8. Barring a surge in coronavirus cases, the pool and community will be open to unlimited mass gatherings starting June 15. (Record Photo)
